Description

Networking…love it or hate it, it’s a huge part of making the relationships necessary for career evolution and growth. Our community is built of many different personality types - some extroverted, some introverted, and some who fall somewhere in between. We could all benefit from additional tools to make genuine connections as we move through the industry.

Utilizing specific techniques and exercises can dramatically strengthen your ability to communicate clearly and dynamically, collaborate more efficiently, and increase your creativity. In this workshop, you’ll learn to accelerate your confidence, spontaneity, leadership qualities, and much more. This workshop is ideal for creative entrepreneurs, business professionals or anyone who wants to increase their confidence and networking skills.

Hear from Neara Russell ‘10 and Justin Moshkevich ‘07 about their perspective on making connections and the importance of being comfortable with your own relationship to networking. A skill-building workshop will follow, facilitated by Lizzy Wallace, founder of Pitch Polish, a consulting and coaching practice.

Participants will:

  • Learn strategies and tools to leverage relationship building to support career growth

  • Receive feedback and guidance from a community of creatives just like you

  • Explore their own authentic style of communication

  • Gain a better understanding of the art of making genuine connections

This event has limited capacity as it is shaped to provide personal guidance and feedback. If you RSVP and are no longer able to attend, please let us know ASAP at dmjames@berklee.edu.
